Tennessee House Partners is not a national corporation.
There’s no call center. No algorithm deciding which markets to target this quarter. No investors in another state pulling the strings.
This is a West Tennessee operation. The markets we serve are the communities we’re part of.
Jackson, TN
Jackson is the hub of West Tennessee — the largest city in the region, home to Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, Union University, and a downtown that’s been quietly rebuilding itself. The housing market here is active, with a mix of established neighborhoods, older homes that need work, and new development on the edges.
We buy throughout Jackson — from North Highland to Midtown to the areas east of I-40. If you have a property in Madison County, we want to hear about it.
Humboldt, TN
Humboldt sits in Gibson County, about 20 miles north of Jackson. It’s a smaller city with a strong community identity — the Strawberry Festival has been running for over a century. The housing stock here tends to be older, and there’s a real need for investors willing to take on properties that need significant work.
We buy in Humboldt and throughout Gibson County.
Paris, TN
Paris is the county seat of Henry County, about 45 miles north of Jackson near Kentucky Lake. It’s a community with deep roots and a housing market that moves differently than Jackson — slower, more relationship-driven, more word-of-mouth.
We buy in Paris and Henry County. If you’re dealing with a property near the lake or in the surrounding rural areas, we’re interested.
McKenzie, TN
McKenzie is in Carroll County, a small city with Bethel University and a tight-knit community. Properties here are often priced below the state average, which makes them interesting for investors — and means homeowners sometimes struggle to find buyers willing to pay what the house is worth to them.
We buy in McKenzie and Carroll County.
Huntingdon, TN
Huntingdon is the county seat of Carroll County — a small, quiet community where everyone knows everyone. The housing market is thin, which means fewer options for homeowners who need to sell quickly.
We buy in Huntingdon and the surrounding Carroll County area.
Why We Focus on West Tennessee
The short answer: it’s where we’re from.
The longer answer: West Tennessee is underserved by real estate investors who are willing to operate with integrity. Most of the national “we buy houses” brands have no real presence here. The local operators who do exist are good people, but there’s room for more options — especially for homeowners in smaller markets like Humboldt, Paris, and McKenzie who don’t have many places to turn.
We’re not trying to cover the whole state. We’re trying to do good work in the communities we know.
If you have a property in any of these markets — or somewhere nearby — reach out. We’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.
