How This Started
Duane Mangalindan got his real estate license thinking it would give him access to deals — to houses, to investing, to building something. What happened instead was that he got competitive. He raced to be a better agent. He got good at it.
But investing never left his soul. It was always there, underneath the transactions and the listings and the commission checks. The conversations with homeowners who needed options, not just a listing agreement. The properties that didn't fit the traditional market but were exactly what an investor needed. The gap between what the MLS offered and what real people actually needed.
Tennessee House Partners is the thing that was always supposed to happen. It just took the long way around.
